WARNING/NOTE: Before you read, please note that I have not tested the bulk of these ideas and that I need someone to confirm these methods work.
Tap water pH: Government regulated tap water should be in the 6.8-7.2 range, and thus be very neutral.
pH testing: I’ve heard that you can boil chopped red cabbage for a natural pH indicator.
Water Ionizers: Water Ionizers can change the pH of straight tap water, but can be expensive, so if you want to try this out you should first look into the other benefits of ionized water, such as living a more alkaline lifestyle.

I’m new to this forum and windowfarming and just beginning to research, so I might come back to you with some other questions.
My first question is about the fruits: If I grow fruits indoors, I imagine I will have to come up with a way to pollinate the flowers, right? So I would need to have at least two plants from each type flowering at the same time? Then I would invite some bees and bugs or pass an entertaining afternoon with some Barry White and cotton swabs.
I know something my Dad told me about birds and bees, but that’s about all.
I’d be much obliged If you could help me understand this bit about what you do.

Hey guys, newbie with a quick question here.
I’m building my first window farm and when i wrap the template around the bottles the support holes aren’t across from one another. They’re a little closer than 180 degrees from each other. Is that how they’re supposed to be? Or is maybe my printer fudging the template a little.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
