Your tubes are curving. It is really important that the tubes are straight and that they go up. That is why the instructions specify that you attach them to a pole or to the back of the bottles securely. You lose momentum with every curve.

Everybody be warned that the Ecoplus pumps are a bit of a hit or miss. It seems like sometimes you just get shipped a lemon.
