hello there. do you know where i could get Hydrotons or clay pellets in Tokyo. i’ve been searching throughout garden supplies in Sangenjaya but found nothing. i tried limestones to replace hydrotons but unfortunately the seedlings died after a week. it seems like the limestones are absorbing the nutrients that left no more food for the plants.
is the hydroponic store in tokyo midtown sells hydrotons? where is the place exactly located?

yehey. i am new in this thing and wanted to build my own kit starting with the air lift system. at the moment, i am searching for existing discussions here on how to build your own air lift system made out of materials available in Tokyo.
I built my airlift system using transparent tubing (no rigid tubing, too expensive) found at Viva home center. It’s 9mm diameter on the outside. Works like a charm.
