Though I do have a number of ideas I hope to develop and share with the community over the next months, I personally do not need the competitive incentive, and feel it would be unfair to put myself in the running, since I am not yet established in a school system. I like to think this contest is really for the kids, so they are the ones that should end up with a farm in the classroom asap, which I am not currently able to provide… But I encourage EVERYONE who is in a classroom to put on their thinking caps and go for the gold, even if you don’t win, try to scrounge some funding together for a farm to put the great ideas I know you all will come up with into action!
