I think the kits are very cool, but I think with the build your own with recycled bottles is alot of fun getting it working etc… Also damn frustrating sometimes!
Anyway, which ever way you go, I am sure you will have some fun and get some nice fresh veggies.
I think the weather here is very good for growing with the Sun Sun Sun over the summer.
My balcony tomatoes and other plants did suffer in direct sun, so the window gives some partial shade, which i think will be better.
