I think you may be right it could be too much nutrients, I am using foxfarm grow big and I think that was one of the warnings I read on their website. Thanks!

@ Jennifer, I haven’t had any trouble with the water flow, the t joint at the top is not level but it seems to be working fine. I am about to put up another 2 columns and will let you know if it works out.
