I am also from Denmark (Nørrebro). I have pieced together a materials list of the things you should need, and which shops you can buy them it (i Copenhagen). I am still waiting for approval and funding from my school (University of Copenhagen) before i can begin. As a student of sociology it is not within my field, and it is only meant as an inspiration and gathering point for fellow students and my self.

All in all it costs proximately 2000 crowns for two columns, but the cost per column lovers drastically for each column. The pump i have sought out is a Sera air 275 R plus, it can be bought in pet stores here. It’s a little expensive (250 kr.) and probably too powerful for two columns, but i am going for it anyway. The bottles i think are ideal are the Appolinaris carbonated water bottles, but there are many options. You cant buy the bead chain separately, so i am going for another option, probably just wire or string.
Hydroponics equipment (pellets, net cups etc.) and nutrients can be bought on budgrow.dk, which also has a physical store on Fredensgade 3 2200 København N.
