I actually have the privilege to plant in soil outdoors and indoors and I’ve realized that crops absolutely love hot water (just a little hotter than warm)!
They also like humidity so if you have a humidifier, the plants will enjoy that.
Another thing I do to keep them warm is I plant them in black pots in order to attract the sun. I occasionally turn the pots around so the roots get all the heat they need to grow a healthy plant.
