I am doing the window farm thing, but am not ready to step up to the hydroponics part. What I do have is a bunch of the high power LED growing lights that I am trying to learn about.

Some foods like beans seem to do well. With the timer left to 14 hours a day, they sprout, grow and produce like clockwork. They even produce shorter plants than they do outside (about 20 inches at tallest, with the main plant about 14-ish inches).

Other plants like cabbage, well, not so good. They are now well over the 60 day mark and instead of producing heads, they think they are houseplants.

Hoping to find other food producing LED growers.
