I have been emailing customer service with the exact same question with no response.

I see they posted an update on kickstarter –
I received mine about a week ago.
2000 kits take awhile to ship. I’d wait a few weeks and repost if it hasn’t arrived.
yes I got my kit right on time. I’m in New York
I am currently trying to figure out how to hang it. I have a two column farm with eight containers.
I still haven’t received mine… or any indication of when it might ship. Customer service seems to have given up posting updates and letting people know where they are on the process, and are ignoring emails. I think they’ve given up and we’re left having sent them $100+ dollars that we’re never going to see again. Should have just stuck with my 1.0 WF.
