maybe make a button that buys everything you need to build a windowfarm via amazon for the lazy people. then you can even profit from the sales that way, which of course would be for a good cause.
Haha. Yes very good suggestion. We did just that for a while but it turned out not to be a very good business and actually not very good for the environment when all the parts shipped around. More importanstly, It did not generate enough income to fund the site costs. That is why we just made an easy model that could be manufactured with a low carbon footprint and cost (its parts cost less than what all the DIY parts cost). Unfortunately at this point, it’s got to be pretty binary– buy one or build one. Diyers builders or people who’d like to skip to the growing- We love them both!
