Help…..water issues for the garden

I have built the system with the 4 columns, purchased the recommended air pump and still am not having any luck getting the plumbing system to work. Therefore, I am not able to hydrate the garden.
Spoke directly to Petco and they no longer make the Petco air pumps you all have recommended. The one I had was apparently defective.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

any airpump will work. those tetra whispers have great reviews on amazon, they should work
The Tetra Whisper pumps are wonderful! I’m using a Tetra 20 to power a two column farm, and it has more than enough power. It would likely be plenty of power for your 4 column farm as well. It’s extremely quiet too. The only way I can tell if it’s running is when I can hear the sound of the water dripping through the farm. I never hear the pump. Best of luck with your new windowfarm!
