here are my results from the last weeks (or months).
My first farm is described here: Windowfarm as mobile tower V1.0 from 2012/24/01.

Chive is a horror and basil is the second shot. Something is wrong ?!?!

My second farm build with beer can (an other recycling way ) has this results since 2012/15/02.
Also not so opulent. The pea is mummified and the chive is extremely spare (no pictures!).

I think two things are wrong :
1) the nutrient and
2) pressed cocos fibers with soil, I had mildew at the surface

Now I use rock wool and foamed clay – results in some weeks.
