I have a ideal to create the power for air pump.

We can collection the potential energy from water drop transfer to kinetic energy to generate the electric power generation and save the power to battery.
Then we can using battery power to driving air pump.
Hope this ideal can help you.
perpetuum mobile?
An easier solution would be the pulser pump nano. We can credit it to Eileen (a windowfarmer) and me. If you have a little stream on your property with a tiny waterfall or dam. (1 ft (30 cm) high) dam or waterfall is all that is needed. You pipe water from the dam straight down to 2.5 to 3 ft deep and air gets sucked down too. This air is under enough pressure to power a windowfarm. You then pipe the air where ever you need it. I have done large scale pulser pumps but only the initial one (in 1987) was on nano scale and windowfarms did not exist at the time. So, I know it will work but I do not have access to a stream or river anymore. If someone did it to power a windowfarm, it would be a first. (in the world, probably).

Simpler solution for off-grid would be using solar and a 12volt pump. Use a deep cell battery and a overcharge mechanism.
