Not yet. The problem is locating a 12volt pump to run from the panel. You could try getting an inverter and storing it in batteries but the cost goes up.
You can find solar powered air pumps on eBay. However, I am not sure on the wattage that these provide and if they are powerful enough to run the airlift.
Eileen found a dc battery operated air pump, perhaps it would do the job? She probably still has a video. Her name is virlusun on youtube There are also some videos of solar panels directly running bubble pumps on youtube. I have seen the videos and they seem to work but have not tried to buy anything yet.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrxUMrRD718 doesn’t have a link but says he has used his for 2 years! Bubbling air into his fish tank.
This is why I’ve been thinking about using a cheap solar powered submersible pump (ie a fountain pump, but they tend to have lower head) as you can get those easily whereas solar powered air pumps aren’t easy to find (or cheap). I smell opportunity for someone to get a suitable product on the market.
