Getting caught up with the updates

Hello everyone.
I have posted a bunch of updates on my blog for all that are interested. There have been some problems with my window farm, mostly pH/nutrient lockout issues and algae.
There are still a few weeks to be posted, but I am slowly getting caught up.
Here are the links to the individual posts:

Looks amazing, but I would cover the reservoir to prevent algae build up.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share all this with us. I think it meets a need. At least, in my case. LOL.
I’m experiencing issues about pH and nutrients, right now, so your own experience gives me another point of vue. Very refreshing. And it encourages me to report on my culture experiences as well.
I think it’ll be the subject in my next post.
I think my green beans are about as far along as yours and I am seeing the same type issues. I am trying to dial in on the proper nutrien schedule for these. I have 4 plants in 1 pot. My first WF had a gallon resevoir that I changed each week. The beans have a two gallon and I first thought I would change it every two weeks. Since then I have brought it back down to once a week in hopes of solving the problem. The problem is similar to yours where an older leaf turns yellow, dries up and dies. It does it about one leaf at a time and takes a few days to die. The remaining leaves are nice and green and I have a bunch of beans that are a few days from harvesting.
For my resevoirs, I have been placing the jug in a brown paper bag. It keeps the algea out ok. I get a little bit on the top, but not bad. Then when I spill on it, I toss it in the recycling bin and grab another.
Keep up the nice work on the blog.
