Hello World! First post on windowfarms, yaay!

I run a small web-community for caring consumers called Caresumers (it’s all in swedish so don’t bother if you don’t speak swedish )

We and some friends want to give the Windowfarms-project a push here in Stockholm, so we are looking for a public building with big windows in Stockholm where we could build a Windowfarm to get some traction and maybe some publicity. Our idea is something similar to the one that was built at… I think it was the New York Technology and Art Center (iconic image attached below)

I’m very intersted in feedback. What’s important to keep in mind. Both when trying to find a host/funder:

• Which institutions seem most interested?
• What’s the best approach/pitch?

But also from a technical standpoint:

• Is there any special problems that need to be adressed due to the public area?
• What about maintainance? Is there any ways to reduce it?
