It took me 3 or 4 times to register/activate and had to change password twice. Now I’m trying to get the pdf for instructions and it keeps telling me I have to register.  Even though I’m already logged in. I would like to try this system, but am getting so frustrated that I can’t even get the instructions to begin, let alone provide feedback to improve it! I’m not computer illiterate, but this is the most frustrating thing I’ve run across in a long time.
