I’m clawing my way back from yet another setback, having unplugged my pump and then forgotten to plug it in again …

I am from India, the country whose 80% population lives on Agriculture. But the Metros are the worst area who has to pay heavily for day to day need of certain herbs and vegetables. I think your concept will work wonders in India.
I am a Church Minister and we have several Churches in India. I think I can teach my congregation to follow this kind of Window Farming. Its very difficult to send Foreign Currency (Outward remittance) from India. I would like to know what kind of SOIL / MINRAL / MANURE is used in your System?
