Fan placement

I’m struggling a bit where to put my fan. Fans, actually, but even with two of them (one is a rotating one) it’s hard to figure out.
Will enough wind bounce back from the window to create a breeze for all 35 plants if I put them on one side, should I mount them on top and let them blow down, or will that disrupt growth on the top tier, or … ?
Any recommendations ?
I would just trying things out. Your plants will wave in the breeze a little, so try one thing and look at all the plants to see how it’s working. Then tweak it until your satisfied.
Yeah, I’ll try. If all else fails, a tower fan on one side might actually be the most effective and discreet option.
