Seed companies that deliver seedlings

In my search for seeds and seedlings online (because nothing was available locally), I came across 2 companies that had excellent ratings and variety:
Burpee had the most robust and interesting varieties of herbs, vegetables and flowers; and I like the company’s storied history. Reasonably priced as well. They also deliver seedlings as well as seeds and sell excellent seed starting systems:

Seeds of Change is an good certified organic option:

Just did a quick search for Canadian Suppliers.

Haven’t tested any of the suppliers but I know here in Ottawa, seeds are hard to find in the off winter months. You only see those seed displays in the spring.
My Mom has had bad luck with Burpee Seeds, and now thinks they’re garbage. I still use them and they seem alright for the price. I also like the vast number of strains they carry.
I will have a opinion of Seeds of Change in 3 days. I planted some of their carrot seeds, almost a week ago, and nothing has come up yet, but it too soon to say anything for sure. I frankly don’t care if my seeds are organic, and would rather not pay for that (insert rambling tangent about large scale organic farming here). I also dislike they plastic bags they come it. I see them blowing around in the woods need the community garden.
Someone gave me so old Fedco seeds (http://www.fedcoseeds.com/) and they have been doing great considering they were packed for use 3 years ago. They seem like a good company too.
I 100% recommend seeds of change. when germinating indoors in Jiffy plugs( (http://www.growell.co.uk/p/3879/Jiffy-Propagating-Plugs.html) under a T-5 florescent light (http://www.hydrofarm.com/pb_detail.php?itemid=7662) my plants sprout quicker then the time frame on the package.
The best place to find SEEDS OF CHANGE cheaper is through your local hydroponic store. My boyfriend is a manager at San Diego Hydroponics and Organics (http://sdhydroponics.com/resources/) and they order from SEEDS OF CHANGE as a whole seller, so its about 1/2 as less then buying retail via their website.
Or, from time to time if you follow SEEDS OF CHANGE on facebook, they offer codes for 10-25% off.
Seeds of Change is the way to go. I’ve seen them at http://sdhydroponics.com as well
To Owen re:”I frankly don’t care if my seeds are organic, and would rather not pay for that (insert rambling tangent about large scale organic farming here).”
Agreed! There was a Pen and Teller Bullshit episode that exposed the farce that is ‘organic.’ As it turns out, organic is not at all sustainable.
I think the bigger question we should all be asking ourselves is “What are the ENVIRONMENTAL impacts of hauling this head of cabbage from California to New York, in order to put it on my plate?”
The recent overturned lettuce truck in my home state of Arizona is a good talking point on the subject.
