		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>German Plant idea looks simple for an area where ground is not found. could do on roof tops or could put in planters so it does not look so wierd and more ornate.<br />
Using a drip system with hoses with drippers built in Found at Home Depot and most hardware/nurseries.</p>
<p>One could put a earthworm in with each one to increase fertility.  </p>
<p>this system could be used on shelves in a window but you would need something under to cach drips such as aluminum pie tins or bread loaf pans.  And it could be done indoor under a plant light too.</p>
<p>I see their system as a bare basics system to be built on.</p>
